Join us for an afternoon of intuitive painting and ceremonial cacao, a creative ritual for emotional expression, reflection, and connection.
✨ Paint Your Inner Landscape
Theme: “If your inner world was a landscape today, what would it look like?”
This is not a step-by-step copy session. It’s introspective, symbolic, grounded, nature-connected painting that encourages your own unique expression.
We’ll explore:
• Expressive brushwork
• Water spray textures
• Loose, intuitive movement over control

✨ We’ll also explore The Colours of Emotion
Each participant chooses a colour to embody an emotion (purple = intensity, orange = creativity, blue = peace, etc.) and creates an abstract emotional landscape inspired by that feeling.

☕ Flow of the afternoon (approx. 2-5 to 3 hours):
• Opening & intention setting
• Cacao ritual
• Guided visualisation
• Intuitive painting session
• Reflection & gentle sharing
