1. Introduction

Welcome to Partree (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website and services, including listings, event management, and ticketing (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • Organizers and providers must be duly authorised to offer their services/events.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Listings & Content

  • You warrant that you own or have rights to the content you publish (text, images, videos, logos, etc.).
  • You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your content on the platform.
  • Prohibited content includes unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or infringing material.

4. Fees, Free Trial & Payments

  • 30-day free trial: for providers, begins on the public launch date (not the signup date), unless otherwise stated in your dashboard or offer.
  • After the trial, standard plan fees and/or commissions (if applicable) apply as shown in your account or pricing page.
  • We may use third-party payment processors; their terms will also apply.

5. Ticketing, Refunds & Event Changes

  • Organizers are responsible for accurate event details, capacity, pricing and for complying with applicable laws.
  • Refund policies are set by organizers unless otherwise disclosed; where we are the merchant of record, additional terms may apply.
  • If an event is cancelled or materially changed, organizers must notify ticket holders promptly.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, spamming, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent security.
  • No posting of malware or harmful code.
  • No use of the Services for unlawful activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your content, events, or breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of competent jurisdiction in South Africa will have exclusive jurisdiction.
